Snickerdoodles (cinnamon-sugar cookies)
These snickerdoodle cookies are cooling on one of my makeshift cooling racks. I really like this recipe because it didn’t call for shortening or anything else I didn’t have on hand. Very simple, very easy, and very tasty! They’re a wonderful autumn treat!
Choco-mint cookies
Mint-chocolate chip cookies using the Neiman Marcus cookie recipe. Besides using both mint-dark chocolate chips and semi-sweet chocolate chips, I’ve substituted the instant espresso coffee powder with mint hot chocolate mix for an extra choco-minty cookie!
